Acrylic Ball Display Cases

At Midton, we craft quality showcase pieces that protect and display signed footballs, match balls and prized memorabilia into quality showcase pieces for clients across the UK and worldwide. Each case is precision-cast at our Scottish foundry, pairing museum-quality clarity with a secure, custom fit.

Signed Football Display Cases Built
to Protect & Showcase

Since 1982, we’ve been creating bespoke cast acrylic items, including signed ball display cases for sports clubs, collectors and organisations. Every Midton product is made to order, with design, casting and finishing all carried out under one roof at our Scottish foundry

Our acrylic ball display cases are specially designed with a secure base to hold valuable match balls firmly in place, without compromising on clarity or presentation. Every ball is housed in a sealed, removable case, keeping it fully protected while remaining easy to access. Whatever memorabilia you’re looking to protect, you’ll find a tailored, unique solution built around it.

FAQs About Acrylic Ball Display Cases

Is acrylic a safe material for displaying signed memorabilia?

Yes. Your display case will safely showcase your memorabilia for years to come. Cast acrylic is shatter-resistant and highly UV-stable, helping protect signatures and surfaces from discolouration over time. It also has no coatings or bonding agents in direct contact with the memorabilia, keeping the original item protected.

Will my signed ball be embedded in the acrylic?

No. We display signed balls in a sealed acrylic case with a secure base, as they generally don’t embed into solid acrylic. This keeps the ball fully protected and removable, while still showcasing it from every angle.

How long does production take?

Lead times depend on your order’s volume and design complexity. Speak with our team to confirm what’s feasible to deliver within your timeline.

Can I add a name or date to my ball display case?

Yes. We offer engraving and colour print options, so you can add club names and match details to your base or case. Browse our site for inspiration.
