Hollie-Beth joined the team in 2019 after graduating with a Master’s Degree in Publishing from the University of Stirling.
Hollie-Beth is a dynamic and creative member of the team, joining in 2019. Originally hired as a part-time content creator, she quickly demonstrated her talent and enthusiasm for communication. Her dedication to the brand soon led to her promotion to the role of Marketing and Sales Lead.
Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, Hollie-Beth creates engaging content for the company’s social media platforms and website. Her strategic approach has helped drive Midton’s brand and expand its reach. Hollie-Beth’s marketing skills are complemented by her key interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Additionally, Hollie-Beth services a small pool of clients through sales, building strong relationships and providing customised solutions. This approach allows her to gain a deep understanding of Midton’s products and target market, inform and refine marketing strategies, and increase opportunities for the company.
