Kayla joined Midton in 2024 as part of our Social Media and Marketing Team, before expanding her role into the Sales Department in 2025.

Kayla joined Midton through our partnership with local schools, quickly demonstrating creativity, professionalism, and a strong understanding of brand communication. After initially supporting our marketing and social media efforts, she transitioned into a key role within our Sales and Marketing Team.

Today, Kayla plays an active role in managing client relationships and supporting projects from enquiry through to delivery. Her organised approach, attention to detail, and strong communication skills ensure every client receives a seamless and professional experience.

Working closely with both our creative and production teams, Kayla helps bring each client’s vision to life — maintaining Midton’s high standards of quality and service throughout every stage of the process. Her growing expertise and commitment to excellence make her a valuable member of our team and a trusted point of contact for our customers.
