For us, it was a real moment of recognition for the whole team. There’s a huge amount of skill, detail and care that goes into every project we produce, and it’s not often that side of the business is seen publicly.

At Midton, we design and manufacture bespoke cast acrylic awards, trophies and installations for clients across the world. From major sporting organisations to global brands, our work is often part of moments that matter — presented on some of the biggest stages.
Seeing that journey reflected on national news was something everyone here felt proud of.
Investing in the Future of Cast Acrylic
A key part of the feature focused on our recent investment in a new large-scale autoclave.
This has significantly expanded what we can do as a business — allowing us to:
- Produce larger and more complex cast acrylic pieces
- Push further into sculpture, interiors and architectural projects
- Take on work that very few manufacturers globally can deliver
This investment is a big step forward for Midton and opens up an exciting new phase of growth.

Everything we do is driven by the people behind it. From design and engineering through to casting, machining and finishing, it’s a true team effort to bring each piece to life.
The STV feature was a great opportunity to showcase that — and to recognise the hard work that goes into every project.
Looking Ahead
We’re excited about what’s next. With new capabilities, growing demand, and some exciting collaborations in the pipeline, there’s a lot more to come from Midton.
