Andy, a former client, joined Midton in 2011 with extensive woodworking experience. Initially hired part-time, Andy's role evolved to improve efficiency and safety in the saw room. With Covid, he took on additional responsibilities, including warehouse logistics, recycling initiatives, and maintenance work.
