If you have a project you'd like to get started or you're not sure how to proceed, we can help.
The journey from concept to production
When it comes to your first time creating a physical product that represents you and your company, it can feel somewhat daunting. It is usually a real highlight for your company when it comes to releasing your custom acrylic product, whether it’s a recognition award or a deal toy. With our unique skill set, you can rest assured that we’ll deliver the product of your dreams.
Here at Midton, we have 30 years of experience delivering a variety of projects and work with companies of all backgrounds. This includes product engineers, marketing departments, CEO’s and artists. The approach we use is fluid, meaning that we can start the journey from a simple idea, a theme, a hand-drawn sketch or even full CAD drawings that are ready for manufacturing. Our experienced team is ready to guide you through the acrylic fabrication process at every stage.
The process begins with your input into a design and a budget discussion for your project. One of our skilled 3D product designers will then take this input and create 3 quoted concepts. These custom acrylic designs will then be sent to you in the form of a PDF for you to select your desired option. From this, we can then produce a physical prototype if time allows it, and send it on to you for approval or to make changes before proceeding with production on the final quantity.
Once you have placed an order we take care of everything, including shipping worldwide.

Using our skills & technology to deliver quality prototypes
Small batch manufacturing
The Midton community is home to designers, crafters and innovators. How we design and what processes are combined to create our bespoke products are influenced by our shared expertise and techniques.
By blending the latest 3D Printing technologies and the traditional crafting methods, we can make use of various print mediums. These range from large format digital and screen printing to more modern direct and substrate UV cured.
Our experienced acrylic casting team can blend, mix and Pantone match a range of strengths and colours of acrylic material to give a unique look that cannot be achieved with other materials. Post-casting machining is often performed through a combination of CNC machining and time-served processes like turret mills and circular saws. We utilise a hand finishing element to all our pieces, using a 2-stage polishing process and assembly when required. Assemblies can range from a simple bonding of 2 pieces to electronic assemblies of LEDs, IC installations and motors to bring your object to life. Lovingly crafted at every stage
